href=\"http:\/\/www.pmi.org\">\u7f8e\u570b\u5c08\u6848\u7ba1\u7406\u5b78\u6703<\/a>(PMI<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, Project Management Institute)\u7684<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pmi.org\/info\/PDC_PMP.asp\">\u5c08\u6848\u7ba1\u7406\u5e2b<\/a>(PMP<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, Project Management Professional)\u8cc7\u683c\u7684\u6211\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u9019\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u76f8\u7576\u6709\u8da3\u3002\u6613\u7d93\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u54f2\u5b78\uff0c\u61c9\u7528\u5728\u5c08\u6848\u7ba1\u7406\u4e0a\u662f\u4e00\u4ef6\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u985e\u5316\u537b\u8b93\u6211\u89ba\u5f97\u592a\u8868\u8c61\u5316\uff0c\u7e3d\u89ba\u5f97\u5206\u985e\u4e0d\u5920\u9023\u8cab\uff0c\u4e0d\u592a\u5bb9\u6613\u6293\u5230\u5c08\u6848\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u6613\u7d93\u601d\u7dad\u672c\u8cea\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65bc\u662f\u6211\u8a66\u8457\u91cd\u65b0\u6b78\u7d0d\uff0c\u5148\u5929\u516b\u5366\u5f37\u8abf\u4e8b\u7269\u7684\u5c0d\u5f85\u89c0\u9ede\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u8c61\u5fb5\u5c08\u6848\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u5404\u77e5\u8b58\u9818\u57df\u5462\uff1f<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\u601d\u8003\u4e7e\u5764\u7684\u300c\u5929\u5730\u5b9a\u4f4d\u300d\uff0c\u4e7e\u4e43\u7d71\u5929\uff0c\u5764\u4e43\u9806\u627f\u5929\u3002\u9ad8\u968e\u7ba1\u7406\u8005(Management)\u5f9e\u6df7\u6c8c\u4e4b\u4e2d\u627e\u5230\u4f01\u696d\u6210\u529f\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u5236\u5b9a\u51fa\u5c08\u6848(Project)\u5fc5\u9808\u8981\u9054\u6210\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u4e26\u6307\u6d3e\u5c08\u6848\u7d93\u7406(Project Manager)\u4f86\u9818\u5c0e\u5c08\u6848\u7684\u9032\u884c\uff1b\u800c\u5c08\u6848\u7d93\u7406\u5fc5\u9808\u5efa\u7acb\u5c08\u6848\u5718\u968a(Project Team)\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u8b93\u5229\u5bb3\u95dc\u4fc2\u4eba(Stakeholder)\u8ca2\u737b\u5176\u5fc3\u529b\u5728\u9019\u500b\u5c08\u6848\u4e0a\uff0c\u9019\u6b63\u662f\u898f\u6a21\u7ba1\u7406<font color=\"#ff0000\"><font color=\"#000000\">(Scope Management)<\/font><\/font>\u53ca\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406<font color=\"#000000\">(Human Resource color=\"#000000\">\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p>\u90a3\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\u826e\u514c\u7684\u300c\u5c71\u6fa4\u901a\u6c23\u300d\u5462\uff1f\u9047\u5230\u826e\u70ba\u96aa\u963b\u8207\u514c\u4e4b\u6bc1\u6298\uff0c\u5c08\u6848\u7d93\u7406\u5fc5\u9808\u6ce8\u610f\u5c08\u6848\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u6027\u56e0\u7d20\u6240\u9020\u6210\u7684\u56f0\u96e3\u8207\u7522\u51fa\u7684\u7f3a\u9677\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u9019\u6b63\u662f\u98a8\u96aa\u7ba1\u7406(Risk color=\"#0000ff\">\u514c\u5366<\/font><\/strong>\u4f86\u985e\u5316<strong><font color=\"#0000ff\">\u5dfd\u5366<\/font><\/strong>\u4f86\u985e\u5316<strong><font color=\"#ff0000\">\u6e9d\u901a\u7ba1\u7406<\/font><\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u5f8c\u574e\u96e2\u7684\u300c\u6c34\u706b\u4e0d\u76f8\u5c04\u300d\uff0c\u574e\u6c34\u6d41\u901a\uff0c\u96e2\u706b\u70ba\u6587\u7ae0\u3002\u5c08\u6848\u7d93\u7406\u5fc5\u9808\u638c\u63e1\u5c08\u6848\u8cc7\u6e90\u4e26\u6709\u6548\u63a7\u5236\u6210\u672c\uff1b\u4ee5\u53ca\u7ba1\u7406\u5916\u5305\u5546\u7684\u5408\u7d04\u4e4b\u5c65\u884c\u3002\u9019\u6b63\u662f\u6210\u672c\u7ba1\u7406(Cost Managemant)\u8207\u63a1\u8cfc\u7ba1\u7406(Procuremant Management)\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u5167\u5bb9\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u7528<strong><font color=\"#0000ff\">\u574e\u5366<\/font><\/strong>\u4f86\u985e\u5316<strong><font color=\"#ff0000\">\u6210\u672c\u7ba1\u7406<\/font><\/strong>\uff0c\u7528<strong><font color=\"#0000ff\">\u96e2\u5366<\/font><\/strong>\u4f86\u985e\u5316<strong><font
